How should I format my Bulk Mailing file? – FedEx Cross Border

Your Bulk Mailing file should be UTF-8 encoded. There are 2 parts of information required, Detail Information (record type D) and Item Information (record type I). Item information is only required for parcels where the destination is outside of the EU.
